Libertas in Ireland Dead in the Water according to Poll

It looks like the hundreds of thousands of Euros spent in Ireland are not paying off for Libertas; the pan European Declan Ganley party. Libertas has attempted to weld pro and anti abortion candidates together under Ganley's strange far right banner.
Libertas have polled 2% in the latest Red C poll in Ireland's Sunday Business Post " European elections, the poll found support for the new Libertas party at just 2%, leaving the party with a lot of work to do in the next six weeks. " according to RTE, Ireland's National broadcaster.

At that rate none of Ireland's three Libertas candidates will be elected. Declan Ganley has said he would not stand in the way of the Lisbon II referendum or indeed mount any campaign if he is not elected to the European parliament. This is looking most likely despite the huge resources that Libertas is pumping into their campaign here.

Don't be complacent though Ganley is about to give out a free book of interviews between the Libertas patriarch and Bruce Arnold. Sources close to Ganley revealed to this blogger that 100,000 books are printed and ready for distribution..............Will this be Ganley's Little Red Book, Das Kapital or Mein Kampf ? We anxiously await the publication to see if Ganley has any policies for his private political party.

The first English edition of Hitler's Mein Kampf was an abridgment by Edgar Dugdale who started work on it in 1931. When he learned that the London publishing firm of Hurst & Blackett had secured the rights to publish an abridgment in the United Kingdom, he offered it for free in April 1933.
