Happy Thanksgiving



Creole Thanksgiving Roast

1 large sweet potato
1 6 oz pkg soy turkey slices
4 cups seasoned bread stuffing
1 small onion
1 12 ounce bag fresh cranberries
1/2 cup orange juice
6 Tbsp vegan spread
1/2 cup raw sugar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Creole seasoning
sage
salt
pepper

An egg is an egg, or is it?

Inaugural "East Coast Greenway" bicycle tour finishes in Key West

Calais, Maine aiming to be the first people ever to traverse the full
