Aussie Barbary Burger

A great burger is always welcome especially when it comes from an AU reader. Scott from Tin Can Bay, Queensland sent us this recipe for a tall barbie burger with an ingredient we've not heard of before, "Mountain Pepper Leaf", we did our best Scott, thanks.
