The consequences of sleep apnea, as described by the litany of doctors early in this video, is pretty frightening. So take it from Shaq and get checked out.

It's hard to feel bad for someone whose doomsday predictions caused so much anxiety, but 89-year-old Harold Camping's recent admission that he's "flabbergasted" the world didn't end last weekend sounds somewhat pitiful.

"It has been a really tough weekend," Camping said Sunday, after emerging from his Alameda, California home for the first time to talk to a reporter from the San Francisco Chronicle. "I'm looking for answers ... But now I have nothing else to say," he said, adding that he would make a full statement. I mean really would anyone take this guy seriously?

Thomas(notes) was drafted in the sixth round by the Chicago Bears, but the lockout leaves him without much to do right now. The athletic, hard-hitting linebacker out of West Virginia University is still in Morgantown, keeping in shape and spending time with his family.

Every day, Thomas helps his 7-year-old brother Jared get home from school. Riding the same bus as Jared is an eighth-grade girl named Joslyn Levell, who happened to grow up in Chicago as a Bears fan and now lives in Morgantown. Joslyn has spina bifida and uses a wheelchair.
With assists from the bus driver and J.T.'s stepmother, Thomas got on the bus one day to say hello to Joslyn. They hit it off immediately. From NFL.com:
As J.T. met a Bears fan in his hometown, Joslyn explained to him that she'd had a rough week because all of the boys she asked to the dance declined. Thomas melted.
"I hugged her and signed a few things and we talked for awhile and she cried a bit," Thomas recounted. "I gave her a hug and told her everything would work itself out."
It did. J.T. asked her to the dance himself.
"I was nervous that by the time I reached out, she might have had a date and would have to turn me down," he said.
Joslyn gladly accepted the invitation. And another fell good storyu for the week.

A new phenomenon called Planking (where people balance their bodies on unusual places and surfaces, film it and upload to the internet) has claimed the life of an Australian man in Brisbane. The man was trying to balance his body on the edge of an apartment building when he fell to his death. I know I should show some remorse but this guy was just plain stupid and probably got what he deserved. Idiot

Fox has pulled the plug on the show after a 23 year run.  Reasons for Fox pulling the show stem around them not making money on the show in months, but it has however helped to find/capture about 1,151 fugitives. I'm just glad I never made it to this show.

Former California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has acknowledged that he fathered a child with a member of his household staff, a revelation that apparently prompted wife Maria Shriver to leave the couple's home before they announced their separation last week.

Schwarzenegger and Shriver jointly announced May 9 that they were splitting up after 25 years of marriage. Yet, Shriver moved out of the family's Brentwood mansion earlier in the year after Schwarzenegger acknowledged the child is his, The Los Angeles Times reported Tuesday.
"After leaving the governor's office I told my wife about this event, which occurred over a decade ago," Schwarzenegger told the Times in a statement that also was sent to The Associated Press early Tuesday. "I understand and deserve the feelings of anger and disappointment among my friends and family. There are no excuses and I take full responsibility for the hurt I have caused. I have apologized to Maria, my children and my family. I am truly sorry.
"I ask that the media respect my wife and children through this extremely difficult time," the statement concluded. "While I deserve your attention and criticism, my family does not."
Schwarzenegger's representatives did not comment further. A spokesman for the former first lady told the Times she had no comment.

Westwood High track coach Tom Davis was fired last week because one of his runners decided to whip off a shirt during training on a 75-degree day. This wasn't a girl, by the way. It was a boy.

And the Westwood High athletic director, Karl Fogel, was so irate about it that Davis thought he was going to lay him out.
"I fully 100 percent was expecting to be swung at," the coach told NECN TV
The team was doing quite well this year under the second-year coach: one of the relay teams went to nationals less than two months ago and the outdoor team started off 5-0 this spring. But there was an undercurrent of tension at the school as Fogel told Davis that some members of the girls team felt uncomfortable when the boys ran without shirts. Davis even warned his team about possible punishment for not wearing a shirt. I'm sorry but of these girls felt uncomforable with someone a boy not wearing a shirt they need to get a grip and grow some balls.

Atlanta-based music producer Jermaine Dupri is known for racking up hit after and hit.

But he's also racked up a lot of debt in recent years.
Channel 2 Action News has learned that Dupri's mansion on Mount Paran Road in northwest Atlanta was in foreclosure and set to be auctioned on the courthouse steps last week, but the sale was canceled at the last minute.
The law firm handling the foreclosure would not say why the sale was stopped.
Suntrust Bank had started foreclosure on an original loan amount of more than $2.5 million.
According to records Channel 2 obtained from the Georgia Department of Revenue, Jermaine Dupri Mauldin owes the state $493,768.75 in back taxes for 2007.
Channel 2's Tom Regan also spoke with a contractor who has a filed a lien against Dupri's property.
Shane Cox of Design Logistics said Dupri still owes him $12,000 for managing the star's mansion. His services included renovation and design.
"We would bring everything in, assemble, set up. Hang all the art. The art hanging in the house. Things along those lines. I feel he's a pretty nice guy. I hope he will come forward and take care of the debt we have," Cox told Regan.
Regan also spoke with Fayette County Tax Commissioner George Wingo. Wingo sent Regan documents showing Dupri owes $14,024.67 in unpaid property taxes, fees and penalties in connection with another home Dupri owns.
Regan went to Dupri's home and rang the intercom at the security gate in hopes of getting a comment from the music producer, but got no answer.
See instead of balling out of control all these rappers need to be paying the bills. Now I know why he has benn djing to make some of that money back.

As you all have heard by now unless you are my mom, Osama Bin Laden is dead, (by the way my mom thought it was one of our neighbors). The hunt for Osama bin Laden that went on for almost a decade led to a final mission that was completed in a matter of minutes. But how? The mission utilized specialized troops, heavy government coordination and extreme precision.

Flavor Flav is pictured here in a mugshot after he was arrested this past weekend for a bunch of unpaid parking tickets in Las Vegas.  In addition to his legal woes, his fried chicken restaurant just closed down last month.flav just can't keep a good streak going.

A 31-Year old deaf and mute man out trying to have a good time with friends, was attacked by a gang member who mistook their sign language for gang signs.

Alfred Stewart was celebrating his birthday along with close friends, whom are all deaf, at Ocean's Eleven Sports Lounge and Grill in Hallandale Beach, Florida.
Police say that's when 45-yea old Barbara Lee became heated when she thought they were throwing up gang signs, so she starts throwing them back
Lee then went outside, but soon came back with 19-year-old Marco Ibanez.

According to police Ibanez pulled out a knife and both he and Lee attacked the group, leaving Stewart with 2 stab wounds to the torso and one to the back. One of Stawarts's friends also suffered stab wounds, and a bouncer who tried to help them was hit in the head with a bottle
These two have to be the dumbest two criminals on the planet.

Some funny camera pranking. But they should have done it the opposite starting off with two guys and ending up with hot girls.

The company that owns the Applebee's restaurant chain said on Monday it was immediately retraining its workers nationwide after a server at a suburban Detroit location accidentally served alcohol to a toddler.

The company, California-based DineEquity Inc, said it would also change the way it serves juice to youngsters to eliminate the chance of any mixups that could result in any more toddlers receiving mixed drinks.
On Friday, Taylor Dill-Reese went to an Applebee's in Madison Heights, Michigan, where -- among other things -- she ordered her 15-month-old son Dominick an apple juice.
What the little boy apparently got instead was a margarita. His mom told WDIV-TV that she only realized something was wrong when Dominick "kind of laid his head on the table and dozed off a little bit and woke up and got real happy."
The little boy reportedly began hailing strangers, too.
Applebee's released a statement on Monday saying it was relieved that Dominick was "not seriously injured as a result of accidentally receiving the wrong beverage" and apologizing to his family "for the stress and worry this caused them."
It said it would begin to serve apple juice to children only from single-serve containers at the table and would "retrain all severs on our beverage pouring policy, emphasizing that non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages must be stored in completely separate and identified containers."
And in other news after the kid got drunk he got laid too.

The Aston Martin DBS receives a Superior Black Edition makeover from the folks at Anderson Germany. On the exterior, the car sees a matte black paint job, bright red brake calipers and a set of 21″ rims. The interior matches the outside with carbon fibre elements, black leather and red trim – a bit much to be honest. The guts were treated to an exhaust system upgrade, bumping the HP from 510 to 560 at 6500 rpm.
Very cool.

Japan's NHK television network shows video of the tsunami swallowing towns and farmland along coastal Japan. This is unbelieveable

Your debit card may soon be denied for purchases greater than $100 -- or even as little as $50.

JPMorgan Chase, one of the nation's largest banks, is considering capping debit card transactions at either $50 or $100, according to a source with knowledge of the proposal. And the cap would apply even if you run your debit card as credit.
Why? Because of a tricky thing called interchange fees.

Right now, every time you swipe your debit card your bank charges the retailer an average fee of 44 cents, which it shares with its partners. Those little fees, however, add up to about $16 billion per year, according to 2009 data from the Federal Reserve.
But as part of the Wall Street reform legislation that was passed last year, these fees are being slashed. The Fed is currently proposing rules that would go into effect in July and would cap interchange fees at 12 cents.
That's a big enough cut to cost Chase (JPM, Fortune 500) more than $1 billion a year. And Chase may not be alone. Other major issuers are also projecting huge losses from the interchange fee cap.
Joe Price, president of consumer banking for Bank of America (BAC, Fortune 500), said in an e-mailed statement that the lower fee wouldn't fairly compensate the bank for the infrastructure and services it provides to retailers.
And consumers would end up feeling the pain when Bank of America is forced to recoup costs "by increasing the cost of their everyday debit card transactions, limiting their payment choices, and impacting industry innovation," according to the email.
yet another way the big banks try to steal all the money out of your account. That's why I got ride of my Chase account.

Video streaming by Ustream

Charlie Sheen was on his UStream live webcast this weekend. Charlie Sheen also showed off his new ‘Winning’ tattoo. I need to start winning.

What's in your wallet? If you're Oscar De La Hoya, it's something very valuable, worth more than one and a half million dollars. The boxing superstar posted on his Twitter account that he was offering a cool one million for the return of his wallet, then upped the offer to 1.5 mil, stating:

O.k I'll do 1.5 million it's a black thin wallet, there is something in there that money can't buy
Man I wish I could have found that wallet. That's like hitting the lottery

This time he teams wit Jennifer Aniston. This guy is everywhere.
