Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's Pre-Nup?

According to the latest rumors, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are working on a pre-nup. It seems their pre-nup is for Pitt's visitation rights for Jolie's two adopted children, Maddox and Zahara. Apparently goodwill ambassador Angelina is concerned more about her children then her bank account.

Angelina wants Brad to give up any claim on her children in the pre-nup¦ I think he'd sign anything if it got Angelina to agree to marry him.
