COOL LIGHT SWITCHES BITCHES
If your love for token-powered gaming borders on the obsessive, you'll likely love this Arcade Light Switch ($35). Made using actual arcade machine push buttons, these switches install just like any other light switch, are available in a wide range of color combinations, and make a great finishing touch for a retro-heavy game room. Cool.

HOMEOWNERS FORCLOSE ON BANK, YES THAT IS CORRECT
A couple of homeowners in Naples, Florida reportedly foreclosed on a Bank of America branch last week, their attorney actually having moving trucks pull up in front of a Naples branch to execute a foreclosure judgment against the bank.
In 2009, retired police officer Warren Nyerges and his wife, Maureen Collier, paid $165,000 cash for their 2,700 square foot home in the Golden Gate Estates subdivision, and never took a mortgage out on it. So imagine their surprise when, in Februrary of 2010, Bank of America initiated foreclosure proceedings against them. The Nyerges hired an attorney, Todd Allen, to defend them against the wrongful foreclosure, and the Bank eventually abandoned the matter.
But not before the Nyerges incurred $2,534 in attorney's fees, which they requested informally from Bank of America multiple times before resorting to the courts, which ordered the bank to make the couple whole. When B of A still had not paid the judgment after five months of phone calls and letter writing by Allen and the Nyerges to the bank insisting that the court order be obeyed, Allen took the next step in the legal collection process, obtaining an order of foreclosure against the bank.
Allen then reported to a local branch of the bank with sheriff's deputies, who he instructed to remove cash from the tellers' drawers, furniture, computers and other property. Approximately one hour later, the Naples News reports, the bank manager produced a check for $5,772.88 to satisfy Allen's fees and additional costs. I wish I could have been there to get all the stuff if it was put on the curve, you know how we do.

WANNA BUY DEION SANDERS MANSION
Deion Sanders' massive Texas home has been on the market for over two years. It's doubtful you'll be surprised to read that the guy who refers to himself as "Prime Time" has been greatly overvaluing the property.
The 29,122-square-foot home belonging to the soon-to-be Hall of Famer has been listed at $21 million since going on the market in 2009. It hasn't budged from that asking price since, despite the fact that an appraisal of the property says it's worth $5.6 million, one-quarter that price
The house sits on 109 acres, features a football field, an indoor basketball court, a bowling alley, 13 bathrooms, a 12-acre lake, nine covered parking spaces, five fireplaces, three dining rooms, two indoor pools and he's going to be stuck with it cause no one is going to pay that price Deion.

COOL CHAIR
If you thought chairs were boring, it’s obviously because your chair doesn’t have sensors and LED lights. We’re talking about the Affinity Chair, created by Ben Alun-Jones. This acrylic chair features sensors to activate the LEDs when nearby movement is sensed. Of course, it’s not going to bring about world peace or end poverty, but it’s certainly a piece of furniture that will make our living room look a whole lot cooler than what is available at Ikea.
On my list.

TWO DUDES BREAK INTO RAPPER 50 CENT'S MANSION
TMZ reports: 50 Cent's 52-room Connecticut mansion was broken into this morning -- according to law enforcement, TWO men were arrested ... one of whom cops found drinking wine inside a closet.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, they received a call around 6AM from security guards at the mansion -- once owned by Mike Tyson -- about a suspicious car in the driveway.
Cops showed up and discovered two men in the residence ... but the second was a little harder to find -- because Alexander Hernandez was hiding away in a closet, pounding a bottle of wine he allegedly pilfered from 50's place.
According to cops, the two suspects entered through an unlocked door -- and were in possession of marijuana when police arrived to the home.
Both men were arrested and held on $50,000 bond.
I just want to know was the wine worth it.

While in town filming Men in Black III, Will Smith, with his wife Jada Pinkett Smith and kids, is renting a 7,326-square-foot, fourth-floor condo in New York (pictured below) that had been listed for sale by Sotheby's International at $19.5 million for nearly two years, according to the New York Post.
The five-bedroom, 6.5 bath at 25 Bond St. in NoHo sprawls across the entire fourth floor of the eight-floor building with only nine units, including a triplex and a duplex, each with a private rooftop pool, reported the New York Times.
The unit, with two balconies and four fireplaces, according to the Observer, had been up for rent for $55,000 per month, according to Curbed NY.
With its 90-foot-long living room with 10-foot-six-inch ceilings, "There is ample wall space for even the largest pieces in your collection," the Sotheby's listing stated before it was taken down a little over a month ago. Here are the pics

JORDAN HAS A NEW HOUSE
The first look at Michael Jordan's swank digs in Jack Nicklaus' new "Bear's Club" development in Jupiter, Fla.
Analysis by Cary Lichtenstein of PGA National Real Estate indicates that Jordan paid $4.8 million for the land and $7.8 to build the mansion, and will likely have a total commitment of $20 million in the property when all is said and done. And while Woods' property comprises three lots with both ocean and Intracoastal Waterway access, Jordan's has neither, which could compromise its resale value. The Jordan estate has 11 bedrooms, a two-story guard house and an athletic "wing" with a basketball court (of course).
Well it's a littlle small for my taste but I guess it will do for him.

6 DIFFERENT WAYS TO USE YOUR FREEZER
Eliminate unpopped popcorn
Don't you just hate the kernels of popcorn that are left at the bottom of the bowl? Eliminate the popcorn duds by keeping your unpopped supply in the freezer.
Remove wax from candlesticks
Grandma's heirloom silver candlesticks will get a new life if you place them in the freezer and then pick off the accumulated wax drippings. But don't do this if your candlesticks are made from more than one type of metal. The metals can expand and contract at different rates and damage the candlesticks.
Extend candle life
Place candles in the freezer for at least two hours before burning. They will last longer.
Unstick photos
Picture this: Water spills on a batch of photographs, causing them to stick together. If you pull them apart, your pictures will be ruined. Don't be so hasty. Stick them in the freezer for about 20 minutes. Then use a butter knife to gingerly separate the photos. If they don't come free, place them back in the freezer. This works for envelopes and stamps too.
Clean a pot
Your favorite pot has been left on the stove too long, and now you've got a burned-on mess to clean up. Place the pot in the freezer for a couple of hours. When the burned food becomes frozen, it will be easier to remove.
Remove odors
Got a musty-smelling book or a plastic container with a fish odor? Place them in the freezer overnight. By morning they'll be fresh again. This works with almost any other small item that has a bad smell you want to get rid of.
I like crap like this. Everyone needs to know useless tips and information.

NEW TREND TUBELESS TOILET PAPER
USA Today is reporting that on Monday at Walmart and Sam’s Club stores across the Northeast, Kimberly-Clark will introduce tube-free loo rolls through the Scott Naturals brand.
The "tube-less technology” behind the toilet paper is, not surprisingly, hush-hush. While the holes in the rolls may not be as round as we're accustomed to, they will fit over standard spindles and every last square of toilet paper will be useable. And to be clear, the toilet paper will not boast recycled content. But hey, it’s a start.
If the product performs well during the test run at Walmart and Sam’s Club, Kimberly-Clark may unleash tube-less toilet paper on a national — or even global scale — and extend the technology to paper towels.
I really don't care about the tube but why can't someone invent toilet paper that doesn't tear up in your hand.
