They just seemed arty and overdone to me, but, like I said, my opinion was greatly outnumbered, so don't take it too seriously. On the way back here, the #5 metro train, which was the train we were going to take, had some serious accident or something and wasn't working, so it was a packed-in, crazy, kind of scary zoo in the Republique metro station, and we had to take a side, roundabout metro route. Then we had coffee, and we decided to go to the Xmas village on the Champs Elysee today if it has warmed up a little, and I think it has, so hopefully we'll do that.
