Naked Celebrities Are Just Like Us When They Get Naked...

So once again a celebrity has had naked pictures “leaked” onto the internet. This time it is Vanessa Hudgens, and Renee Olstead. This is, of course, the second time around for Ms. Hudgens. I'm sure they feel violated and all, but you know, we've all seen naked women before. Hell, I'm pretty sure that through Blogs, Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr I'm going to see about 90% of the women in the world in either their undies, a bikini or naked. At least I hope so anyway.

But, my point is, I know I'm not the only person who has seen enough naked women in his lifetime that I can pretty much just look at a picture of a woman and easily visualize what she looks like naked and probably be pretty darn close. The only real question is how much landscaping she does down there. And, to be honest with you, I'm pretty good at visualizing that too. But, more than that, why is someone being naked such a scandal? I know some people are more modest than others. I know people who have been married for years and have never seen each other naked. If that works for them, then great. But, being naked isn't a sin and it isn't abnormal so there's no reason to go bonkers over it.

So, I just don't understand how when pictures of celebrities like Vanessa Hudgens, or Renee Olstead show up on the internet everyone feels the need to rush and click the links and …. OH MY GOD THEY'RE BOTH MAGNICENT!!!!!

Uh, I mean, they look pretty much the way we would expect them to look. And, the real story should be about their invasion of privacy and not the pictures themselves. Just because they're Hollywood attention whores C-list celebrities doesn't mean that they deserve to have things like this happen. And, it's totally unfair to point out that the pics of Ms. Hudgens have appeared just before the release of her new movie, Sucker Punch. I'm sure there is no connection whatsoever. Purely a coincidence, and I can't believe you people would be so cynical as to think otherwise.

Oh yeah. Ms. Hudgens...

Ms. Olstead....

I posted those pics simply as a public service to my readers who might be wondering who these two chicks are, and am again appalled that you would insinuate that I had any ulterior motives such as padding my hits and page views. A totally unfair accusation and it hurts my feelings that you even thought it, let alone said it out loud.

But, I forgive you.

In other news last night Matt-Man and I put together what critics are calling the BEST St. Patrick's Day Extravaganza in the history of internet radio on “I'm With Stupid.” We talked lent, the NCAA's and how my bracket is already blown to smitherines thanks to that sorry, no good, worthless, I hope his next mistress gives him every STD known to man piece of crap Rick Pitino and his Louisville team losing to Morehead St.

Yeah, a coach who can't keep it in his pants and has a problem being faithful to his wife lost to a school named “MORE HEAD.” That IS kind of funny. I agree. Too bad it ruined my bracket though!

Where was I? Oh yeah. We also discussed little known facts about Ireland. Things like how Irish are known to suffer from early onset dementia more than other people. But, in their case it's different because they only remember the grudges. Bada Bing!

Well, anyway, it was a great time and we were again joined by Dianne as we took some time to trash NYC's Irish-Jewish Mayor Micheal O'Bloomberg and his Nanny State.

As usual, a good time was had by all and you can too using this here handy player or, if you're only reading this in Reader, by using the player at the bottom of the post. We thank you for your support.

Kiss Me, I'm Irish ...

So tomorrow, is St. Patrick’s Day.  And here I am having given up alcohol for lent.  Someone didn’t think this thing all the way through.  I mean, who hell would put both my birthday AND St. Patrick’s Day right in the middle of lent?  That’s some stupid planning if you ask me.

Speaking of Ireland, as you guys probably know, way back in the day I sent out a plea into cyberland asking for information about my ancestors.  And, as you know, it was answered.  I got an email from someone who is a cousin (not sure how distant, these things confuse me) with some really cool information about the Loy family.

Loy family being my great great grandfather George Loy who was born in County Armagh Ireland.  We found out a few things like his father, Thomas Loy and several brothers and his many, many kids that he fathered. Also, interesting tidbits about George like a newspaper account of his doing time for assaulting someone.  Apparently I come from a pretty rowdy bunch.  Shocking, huh?

I also shared with you this picture….
John Loy

At the time we thought this was Thomas Loy, George’s brother.  Well, turns out it probably isn’t Thomas.

How do we know this?  Cause I got another email from another cousin with EVEN MORE information about my family!  How cool is that?

He has provided us with scans of all kinds of great stuff.  Baptismals, death notices, marriage certificates (mostly in Latin), census entries and even immigration entries.  All of it adds up to help create a great timeline and fill in some of the pieces of their lives.

Oh, and the guy in the pic?  We now believe it is John Loy, another brother of George Loy.  He was an army reservist in the 1st Regiment of Foot, aka The Royal Scots.

Tragically John died of drowning while bathing in the river Tees.  My newly found cousin sent the death certificate.

My newfound cousin even sent us information on my mother’s grandfather Edward Wilson.  We knew he was born in Belfast, but really had nothing at all.  My cousin was able to dig up information about Edward moving to England and when he immigrated to the US and all kinds of great stuff.

How cool is that?  Yeah, pretty damn cool.

Well, that’s it.  I just wanted to update you on the family search cause I know you were wondering how that was going.

St. Patrick's Day and WWC ...

Happy St. Patrick’s Day everyone!
Photobucket

Please don’t drink any green beer. That’s just nasty. Drink Guinness!

And don’t drink and drive. Actually, don’t go out. St. Patrick’s Day is basically amateur night. All the really sloppy drunks are out. Who needs to deal with them?
