What does Real beauty means to ME.

Ever passed with my friends on street and when a good looking girl passes by.. I almost receive comments from my friends..  "She is beautiful. What say?" My strange response goes like this " it seems so, but i am not sure"

Physical beauty do matters and has impact on almost everyone but it is not everything though.

I can bet on this that you would have ever met a guy/girl and at your first instance/sight you might have made in your mind that he/she is not beautiful or ugly or has dark complexion or is little short or so. But when you really interacted with them regularly and you become friend then somewhere at later point of time the same person appears to be beautiful. Isn't it?

A Beautiful guy/girl at first instance make look ordinary at first look but can become the most beautiful person on earth after knowing him/her or the other way a beautiful guy/girl at first instance may appear ordinary after some interactions.

Someone asked me "What does Real Beauty means to you?"

Well. You really can't make a generic definition of real beauty as it varies from individual to individual.

For me real beauty is sum of Inner and External Beauty, and the individual to individual change in definition of real beauty is nothing but the weightage an individual gives to inner beauty over external beauty or vice-a-versa.

For some Katrina Kaif or any other actress may be the most beautiful girl and for many the one whom he loves appears to be the most beautiful girl on earth.

Ok so what is internal beauty according to you?

Inner Beauty is something which can't be seen. You have to feel it.
It's how she reacts to the things, I mean her attitude. The level of interest she shows in each and everything.  The details she tries to find out in things. The caring nature which she shows to me and to rest of the world. Inner beauty is intelligence, understanding, caring and positive attitude towards life.

Few girls look absolute beauty but they are internally ugly, I do not consider them as beauty.

Nice. Then What is External Beauty according to you?

(Beauty is in the eye of Beholder. For some this pic is semi nude for some this pic leaves a deep message)

External beauty is how you appear to the world. How pleasing you are to the eye's of the people. Its your looks, dress code and the way you walk and talk.

External beauty can be easily polished but internal beauty has to be gained day by day by hardships and dedications.

I always believe "beauty is in the eye of the beholder".

For some the cup is half filled for others it is half empty. It's the way you look at. A girl may look descent and beautiful in classical indian attire like saree and similarly in western outfits. But if you have negative attitude towards western life style you may consider her indecent and at times vulgar.

So a real beauty is Educated, empowered, intelligent, knows how to react to the things, good at heart.

Also Beauty is not limited to human being's only. It can be Nature, monuments, atmosphere or any thing around.

A butterfly sitting on flower is beautiful. Snowfall is beautiful. Mountain fall is beautiful. Taj-Mahal is beautiful and so on.

Some of my Friend's opinion on real beauty

1. Real Beauty is "Smart and good behavior..." claims my friend "Bridget Xander" from Indonesia.

2. Real Beauty is "intelligent ...good looking...... understanding..... the way to talk.... voice.... behaviour...." claims one of my friend from Ahmedabad who is an IT Engineer.

3. Real beauty is when  one gives close attention to anything, even a blade of grass, it becomes a mysterious, awesome, indescribably magnificent world in itself and ya The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen, nor touched ... but are felt in the heart. - Claims my Friend from Pune, Who is a Research Scientist.

4. Real beauty is justin bieber with intelligence of James bond... - Claims my Friend from London.

Thanks.

Have a nice day.

Best Regards,

Navneet Singh Chauhan.

Some General Observations About People....

There are always exceptions but...

People who constantly claim to be “a really good person” are usually really crappy people.

People who make a big deal about being a “great and loyal friend” are backstabbers.

People who talk all the time about how proud they are of all they've accomplished and how they've “earned” everything usually either inherited most of it or at least had parents well off enough to pay for their education completely and help them out financially.

People who make a big deal about how they are a really GREAT Christian are usually the ones having an affair with the neighbor's daughter or son and are screwing over their customers/employers/employees etc.

People who talk all the time about how hard they work are usually lazy and only do enough to get by at work.

People who talk about how important their job is are usually just another corporate cow grazing on the cubicle farm.

People who love to make fun of others for problems with addictions are usually fighting addictions of their own.

People who loudly claim that they don't watch “mindless” TV usually spend a lot of time watching mindless TV.

People who talk about how they're such great parents are usually crappy parents.

People who constantly talk about how much they hate gays are usually the ones who get arrested trying to get a blow job from another guy in a public restroom.

People who accuse everyone else of racism all the time are usually doing so because they feel guilty about their own racist feelings.

People who talk all the time about how busy they always are usually spend a lot of time just sitting around watching TV and doing nothing.

People who think things like govt budgets or social problems are easy to solve usually couldn't even begin to make a realistic proposal on how to solve those problems.

People who make a big deal about how they are really substantive are usually incredibly shallow.

People who are really vain and talk a lot about how good they're looking are usually ugly.

People who constantly complain about how much they hate judgmental people are usually the most judgmental people you'll meet.

And on and on and on ….

The people who truly are good, decent, hard working, Christian, non judgmental and all those other good qualities don't have to make a big deal about it and call attention to themselves all the time.

As Long As He Enjoys His Death, It's All Good

My son is playing in a Lacrosse tournament this weekend and I just had to sign the following waiver:

I understand that the dangers and risks of playing or practicing to play or participate in Lacrosse include, complete or partial paralysis, brain damage, serious injury to all bones, joints, ligaments, muscles, tendons, and other aspects of the muscular skeletal system, serious injury to virtually all internal organs, and serious injury or impairment to other aspects of the body, general health, and well being. I understand that the dangers and risks of playing or practicing to play or participate in Lacrosse may result not only in serious injury, but in a serious impairment of future abilities to earn a living, to engage in other business, social and recreational activities, and generally to enjoy life.

WTF??? Seriously, how is a mother supposed to sign something like that?

I'm pretty sure I had to sign the same thing when I was registering to play this game of life as well.

What the hell was I thinking?

Shree Atal Bihari Vajpayee..! - My Political Role Model.

Today is the Birthday of my political Role model, and so I dedicate this post to the great soul, "Shree Atal Bihari Vajpayee".

Born on 25th December 1924, Atal Bihari Vajpayee had contributed a lot to India's Progress.

He has given Indian Politics a new Face, He was one of the most key person of founding team of BJP (Bhartiya Janta Party).

Atal Bihari vajpayee-ji remained Prime Minister of India  from 1996-2004. Apart from being political hero he is one of the greatest writer born on Indian Soil.

I love him both as a political leader and a writer.

I fear i could not describe a legend in this small space..! Will share few of his glimpses.

In 1957; Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji was first elected to the Lok Sabha, the then prime minister Jawaharlal Nehru was so impressed by the oratorical skills of Vajpayee that the former commented to his fellow parliamentarians that this young MP would lead the nation one day.

After 23 Years of active politics, Atal Bihari Vajpayee, along with many BJS and RSS colleagues, particularly his long-time and close friends Lal Krishna Advani and Bhairon Singh Shekhawat, founded the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in 1980.

With his hard efforts BJP became one of the strongest political party and was elected in 1996 elections but could not appear as a majority. Asked to form the government, Atal Bihari Vajpayee was sworn in as Prime Minister, but the then BJP Government (Bhartiya Janta Party) failed to gather enough support from other parties to form a majority. Vajpayee resigned after just 13 days, when it became clear that he could not garner a majority.

SECOND TERM 1998-1999.

After the fall of two governments by the third-front between 1996 and 1998, the Parliament was dissolved and fresh elections were held. These elections again put the BJP at the head. This time, a cohesive bloc of political parties lined up with it to form the National Democratic Alliance (NDA), and A.B. Vajpayee was sworn in as the Prime Minister. The NDA proved its majority in parliament. Towards the end of 1998 however, the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) under J. Jayalalitha withdrew its support from the 13-month old government. The government lost the ensuing vote of confidence motion by a single vote. As the Opposition was unable to come up with the numbers to form the new government, the country returned to elections with Vajpayee remaining the "care-taker Prime Minister".

Again BJP won elections and this time Atal Bihari Vajpayee remained for full five years from 1999-2004.

In these 5 years Atal Bihari Proved the nation what all good governance is. He also tried a lot to make good relations with Pakistan.

But all got in vein as Pakistan was still not ready to come on the right path as Pakistani Army along with its Terrorist Force conquered Drass- Kargil in 1999. Indian Military gave a strong answer to this, with its operation Vijay. And Pakistani Army along with its terrorist force (funded by Pakistani army) have to go back to their territories.

Though India did not conquered back POK (Pakistan Occupied Kashmir) which is India's Territory which Pakistan seized up after Independence, This was the third time India left away Pakistan and did not crossed the line of control. As it pardoned again 'the terror lead Pakistan', before this it did pardoned Pakistan in the war of 1965 and 1971 (War Pics of 1971).

Atal Bihari lead government also showed world the power of INDIA by successfully testing Nuclear Bombs, which became a point of talk for some time, but then India promised the world, it will not be the first to use Nuclear bomb in the war.

Two more big things which the then BJP government had to tackle was the  hijack case of Indian Airlines flight (IC 814) and Attack on Indian Parliament by Pakistani army guided Militants/Terrorists.

Apart from this, The government lead by Atal-ji did a lot of economic reform, one of them being, National Highways Development Project, Foreign policy was also revised.

But in 2004 elections BJP lost its seats despite good work of Atal-ji. Congress came back in to the power.

In December 2005, Vajpayee announced his retirement from active politics, declaring that he would not participate in the next general election. This was perhaps the end of his major political role though he has been constantly guiding the BJP and Youth.

Apart from Politics I am his big fan for his write ups.

In the above Pic Shree Atal Bihar Vajpayee ji is reading poem in Beijing, China on 24th Jun 2003
In the above pic, Shree Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ji is Singing Poem in New York on 25th September 2003.

I still remember one of his poetry which he composed after loosing 2004 elections. I will like to mention it here.

And it goes...!

Rah Kaun Si Jaaoon Mai?

Chaurahe par loot-ta chir,

Pyade se pit gaya wazir,

Chaloon aakhiri chaal ki baazi ya chhor virakti rachaoon mai?

Rah kaun si jaaoon mai?

Sapna janma aur mar gaya,
Madhu ritu mein hi bagh jhar gaya, Tinke bikhre hue batoroon ya nav srishti sajaoon mai?
Rah Kaun Si Jaaoon Mai?

Do din mile udhaar mein,

Ghaate ke vyapaar mein,

Kshan-kshan ka hisaab joroon ya punji sesh lootaoon mai?
Rah Kaun Si Jaaoon Mai?
- Shree Atal Bihari Vajpayee

English Translation

What Road Should I Go Down?

Honour lost at busy crossroads,
Knights defeated by pawns:

Do I make my final move, or do I withdraw from battle?
What road should I go down?

A dream was born, and died,

The garden dried up in the season of spring:
Do I gather these scattered leaves, or do I fashion a new universe?
What road should I go down?

Two days, on loan, is all I've earned
In a bargain already lost:
Do I take stock of each moment, or do I squander
what little remains? What road should I go down?

- Shree Atal Bihari Vajpayee..!

His yet another and perhaps most popular work is "Amar aag Hai". It is particularly more famous among BJP and RSS activists.

Amar Aag Hai (1994)

 - Shree Atal Bihari Vajpayee

His yet another work is "Aao Phir se diya jalaye" is a very motivational poem.

His Work, "Geet Nahi Gaata hoon and " Geet Naya Gaata hoon"  are worth reading..!

His work "Ek Baras Beet Gaya" (One Year Completed) perhaps he wrote this after completion of one year as Prime Minister of India.

"Aaao Man Ki Gatth Khole" is yet another Motivational work..!

These are few of his Best poems.

I have also sung one of his poem in my school in 8th class and I got too many claps for it. Fortunately I could not get that poem here on web right now, it was something related to Himalayas and its strength and lessons to learn. If you know please share, and in case I get it I will update this post for sure.

Atal Bihari Vajpayee will always remain in my heart as one of the best prime minister of my generation.

Thank You.

Free Love

I recently read a blog post that made me stop. And think. And then want to go skydiving. The topic was "Sexual Liberation," something the author of said blog said they "experimented" with the idea of but ultimately rejected because sexual liberation "disconnects sexuality and sexual expression from any affective, relational or spiritual context. It ultimately denies the reality of the non-physical, and denies the validity of any meaning connected to sex apart from simple physical gratification... [and] can feel liberating -- at first. But ultimately it's not any sort of liberation at all. It eventually becomes a form of slavery, condemning us to an impoverished existence, and stripping our lives of humanity and meaning."

I wanted to cry. True sexual liberation doesn't imprison, condemn and strip life of meaning - it does exactly the opposite. To liberate, by definition, means to "to set free, as from imprisonment or bondage." If one is sexually liberated that means that one was previously sexually imprisoned, held captive or bound in a restrictive way. It means that one was shackled by sexual guilt, shame, ignorance and fear brought on by the effects of religious dogma, sexual abuse or crippling family and social beliefs and expectations.

To be liberated means to be set free. How can that ever be a bad thing? When we are truly free, in any and all areas of life, we are bigger, better, healthier, happier, more generous, more courageous, more loving. And, yes, we are more responsible. I know that there are those out their wielding sex like a weapon to inflict pain on themselves and others. Just because one has lots of sex doesn't mean that one is liberated. Clearly those individuals are not free from their own ties that bind. I know that there are those that have joyless sex disconnected from all feeling. But, again, those people are not liberated from anything. They are just as held hostage by their sexual wounds and fractures as the person who denies themselves sexual experience and expression.

In my opinion, sexual liberation (and every other form of freedom) is something we should all seek after like the Holy Grail. We should all desire freedom from the prisons we build for ourselves and one another. And we should fight hard to remove every shackle we wear because then, and only then, are we able to be truly present, truly healthy, truly responsible and truly charitable and kind.

Only when we are free can we truly connect with our deepest selves and with one another.

Only when we are free can we truly enjoy the incredible power and life giving joy of healthy sexual expression.

And only when we are free are we truly alive.

In the name of Aphrodite (and Dr. Ruth)... Amen.

My Blog, My Way of Life - MY STORY..! -Part II

Hello Everyone.

Hope you doing well.

This post is a continuity of previous post, so please go through previous post or CLICK HERE.

And here it goes….!

Almost everyone of my friend’s were enjoying their holidays before beginning their college life, I was wondering what’s next for me.

I started evaluating the options, B.Sc Electronics, Chemistry or Biology?

Chemistry, I never considered because I could not imagine myself in a chemical factory/Laboratory in awful smelling environment.

Biology I am not that great in, Ohh last option Electronics not that bad, yeah final it is Electronics I am going to opt.

I told this to one of my friend, he replied electronics is tough. I fear you will not pass. I just said thanks for the opinion but I have taken the decision.

He said, but you will not get job here specially in electronics. Not much industry over here, and in chemistry you will certainly get job as this is a big industry over here. I said I have no plans to continue over in electronics. I will do MBA after B.Sc. He mocked over this, And said, you know what MBA is ??, first pass B.Sc. Live in reality. I said OK. Let’s see what’s next, but this is what I am planning to do, but I am not sure where it will lend too.

Admissions process begins, I ran on Day 1, and got admissions without many efforts.

And the college life begins…!

Day 1: Yes, I am walking in to the campus of one of the best B.Sc college over here (Narmada College of Science and Commerce). I had accepted the reality, and had no more pains, all I need was sustained efforts.

Waooow so many people near by. So many aspiring students like me..! hey..! its time to go in to lecture.

Many of my friends where also with me, with an intention to do time pass, as it was nearly 45 days to start Engineering college and fee’s in B.Sc is not that great.
Few just took as a back up in case they do not get in. But I was sure that I am going to do it.

I was serious about this from day 1.

Very motivating speech on Day 1, professors gave over. Few gave details about course overview and how competitive or up to mark course is with Engineering. I felt somewhat good after hearing this.

One of the B.Sc Electronics final year student gave a deep thought over how good Electronics is and its career aspects. And how good faculties are over here. He said life is a plot, and god has made a good one for everyone. What’s there to regret if you failed once, this world is a pool of opportunities.

I started working hard since beginning and my friends were counting over there days for Engineering. Sooner or later everyone went off. I remained alone in my circle but no disappointment this was bound to happen.

Time went off, came the first internal exams. I tried my best. And it was good on my part. Results came and I was one of the few who were in top of the list ( I was 2nd ). I was jumping like anything, And I talked to myself happy days are here.

Everyone in my home was happy..!

Second internals came and nearly the same results.

Finals were approaching, and we had practical’s first. I remember clearly, I gave last physics practical and was feeling so weak when coming back to home. I had the snap of mine in my mind sitting at Bharuch station in ill mood.

I came home, and talked about this. My mother noticed my eyes gone yellow. Soon everyone was worried, with a smell of Hepatitis.

I was rushed in to hospital nearby, the doctor took my blood sample and said rest in home today, and tomorrow we will admit you in hospital.

I was confirmed as Hepatitis A Positive.
I was admitted in Birla hospital in Kosamba next day.

Just 30 days for my final exams, Plus great cricket matches were going over ( India Tour of Pakistan ). Plus ongoing second internal exams, which i missed as i was in hospital.

I was in hospital from 15th Feb 2005 to 23rd. I made good friendship with a doctor over here who treated me. I use to ask cricket scores to him every time he walked in my ward.
I remember this exciting match (CLICK to know), I missed

When I came back to home, I thought I have gained normal health, but as effects of glucose bottles faded I realized I am still weak.

I missed my second internals as I was in hospital. I talked to principal and HoD. He said give a retest. We won’t let you sit in finals unless you sit in these exams, if you are ill, come to college sign in paper and go. You will get a zero at worst but without appearing this you can’t sit. Sorry it’s a norm.

I filled up retest forms, and we had 2 papers in a day each that too in a row.
I had to give 8 papers in 4 days in a row.

I did not give up.

I remember myself sitting in exam rooms with very few students like me, but most of them were giving few papers which they missed out.

I have to go through 2 papers a day.

Days went off, and exams somehow ended.

Reading vacations were ON, I was still under medical supervision and very hectic food diets.
I was not allowed to eat chapattis, not even vegetables, Just cured and Rice (khichdi), and sugarcane.

Days went off, and came the exam day. And on the same day I have eaten my last tablet when my doctor declared I am fine.

I was made clear it would be fine that if you just pass by my family.

I was wondering why It happens with me only.

Exams went off, it was good I guessed.

Vacations came in.

One early morning newspaper broked in with my results.

I could not find myself in first class list. It appeared in second class, disappointing…
I called one of my friend who scored first class and wished him.
He wished me too for first class,

I told dear I got second, then he said no you got first class.
Then I realized i just could not recall my roll no. properly and yes I got first class.

I jumped in air with excitement.

It was a big success for me. My family was equally delighted over this.

Days went off, Then came the annual function.
My teacher called me and said, you will be awarded with a silver medal for showing excellence in studies. You have to come with family in the event.

I was so happy for this.
Then came the day, for some reasons my family had to go to hometown, and I went alone at the event, but it was great..!

I was waiting for my turn, and I got the silver medal from the hands of Parthiv Gohil one of the well known singer, specially known for his work in the movie Saawariya.

I was so happy for this.

Days went off, I passed my second year equally well.
I was topper in physics in both years; I also passed Indian Association of Physics Teachers Examinations .

Also I became famous in my college and friends circle for my poetry writing skills as I participated in one such event, with my own written Love poem.

Then I moved towards my bigger dream, to be an MBA.

What it all takes to be an MBA?

The way ahead…!

Hurdles or a smooth highway ?

Will right in my third and last edition of this series for the time being.

Keep loving..!

Hope to see you again soon.

Regards,
Navneet Singh Chauhan.

My Blog, My Way of Life - MY STORY..!

Hello Readers, Thanks for your love.

Today, I am going to write my own story here, as my blog reads “My Blog, My way of Life..!” So let me write something about my life, and the journey so far..!

Before starting it let me tell you that

There are always three sides of a truth.
1. Your Side
2. My Side
3. The Real Side

I am representing here my side, but I hope it’s very close to the real side
So here it goes…!

December 5, 1987 was when I officially came on this earth. Born in a Royal Rajputana Family, “Chauhan’s” in district Mainpuri of Uttar Pradesh, India.

As a Chauhan, I was welcomed in this world with Gun Fires in air. More than 6 round of Fires in air. Yes, this is the way a kid (specially a boy) in royal race like Chauhan’s is welcomed.

I grew up here till first 6 months, and we moved to Punjab as my father got a good job there. We remained there till I was 1 year. And then we moved to Kosamba, Surat, Gujarat as my father got another good job here in a state government run company. Though we frequently moved to our hometown once in a year or even more as we have lot of connections and few properties over there. Moreover the love that a hometown gives is hard to find in outside cities.

I grew up in small town Kosamba, and studied over in a school sponsored/run by my father’s company. By Birth I was very aggressive and angry, probably because it was inherent in my blood.
I had a track record of hitting 4 of my seniors and 1 classmate with a cricket bat. Not all together but in 5 different events, with very small reasons, for not giving a chance to bowl, making me run out in cricket or for saying some bad words or so.

But my mother teaches me how to remain cool and till I came to class 8th I became one of the coolest guy in my batch.

2 more years and I came in class 10th (High School). People here in this part of world become so caring for there kids when they come in 10th and I was no different. Engineers and Doctors are big craze over here, hence people do give special attention over this, and hence they try to admit their kids in some science schools.  Hence big focus on science subjects in class 10th.

Personally I loved science up to some extent but I loved Social studies much more than anything. I remember how I spent hours reading about Hitler and World War 1 and World War 2 stories. Even I loved subjects like Civics, which everyone hated and Geography too. Everyone told me to focus more on Science and Maths and I had full time tuitions for the same as we get admissions in higher secondary school based on merits of these two subjects, no one even asks about marks in other subjects. (Scenario has recently changed, now weight-age is given equally on all subjects in class X, but I was not fortunate enough at that time.)

But truly speaking I was not good in Math’s, and I hated Chemistry and Biology part of science, though it raised some initial curiosities in me.

We had lot of good things in my first school; it offered students no pressures, really no workbooks and any other additional loads. I loved my school for this. I had many good memories with my first school.

Then came 10th exams, I gave it with high spirits and every paper went good except Math’s as I left 20 marks paper out of 100 because of lack of time, as I became mad over a 5 mark question and spent all time over it.

After exam as always comes the results. I got average marks in Math’s, Science. Everyone got good in it. I sounded an average student with my 10th merits as I could not score good in these subjects which according to world was main subjects though I topped in subjects like Social Studies, Type Writing, and Sanskrit. But really no one asked about these subjects. Yeah i scored 90 out of 100 and was probably topper in district but  who cares. Also i scored highest in Type in my class. I still type too fast on my computer. You may click here to discover.

A hunt for admissions begin and I left my future on two schools located 20 KMs away from my home (no other was nearby, as I lived in small town). One Science and other Commerce, it was a simple decision if I get in one of the best science school here I will opt for science, will forget science if I can’t and will study commerce.

1st list of students who got admissions in science school was declared and I could not get in, but many of my friends got in except me and 2 more ( who got nearly same marks as i did )

2nd came and I still could not.

Came the third and to my delight I got the admissions (the other 2 also got admissions).

This was a turning point in my life???

I thought so, as everyone studied well in class 10th to get admission in this school which I got by margins.

We (me and my friends) started travelling by train daily to school. It was one of the best schools as everyone talked but soon we (all my previous school friends) discovered it was the worst in world. As we were brought up in worlds most liberal school.

Teachers even slapped students over here on face, I never got a one in my student life as on date, and here I got on very first day for going on back side benches as class representative called me for some work, teacher came in class and gave me a slap for the accuse of talking and making noise which I was not involved in, I literally cried like a kid as it was a big insult for me.

Days went off, and I appeared more and more dull in studies because of hectic school environment, and lack of concentration in studies.

I failed first time in terminal exams in class 11th, so so disappointing.

There was only one teacher in my school that looked at me, and tried to make me focus on studies rest all were busy in getting behind the toppers and rankers. ( It should be the reverse, isn't it ?)

I was not that good in Math’s, followed by Chemistry and Biology.

Few days then, three of my friends started tuition with one of the Math’s teacher, where we went for tuitions in class 10th too.

He was very well known teacher and has very good teaching skills, but at that time he did not use to teach to class 12th English medium students, but this time he took in.

My friends told me to join in too, and told me to come in someday and talk.

I still remember very clearly, I went in there one evening when my friends use to go and study. He was shocked seeing me, I told I want to join my friends and learn Math’s with you, can you please teach me. He replied, I knew, you are very dull in studies, it’s difficult for me to teach you, and I think you are not going to pass in class 12th. So I am sorry for this, but as you have come so sit for today, and please don’t come from tomorrow.

It was so disappointing for me, I never felt so bad in my life. It was like someone killed me. I told him thank you and left immediately. But I sat somewhere outside, wondering what to say at my home, what my friends will be thinking , for a moment I thought very negative, roamed here and there for an hour and finally I came back to home.

Days went off, and my exams were nearing. Then one day that Math’s teacher told me through friends that I may join during revision session. I felt of saying No but after many thoughts and force from family I went in there.

Few days before final exams of class 12th a list of dullest student came out, and I appeared in too as expected. This mean I have to go to school till last 4 days of exams as school had no faith in me that I will study home. Everyone else studied in there homes and I travelled through trains and heard repeated boring lectures of teachers, and could not focus where the focus was really required. Came back home slept with tiredness and life went on.

I appeared in exams, not too bad was I thought and expecting some 55 Percent or so. But result was I got grace in few subjects oh yes that includes chemistry and biology. Average marks in Maths, and near border marks in Physics’s. It counted 36% Pass when taking Science theories, Adding English, Sanskrit 42% and adding Science Practical’s 59.9% (Yess.. I got 80% marks in science practical’s)

This meant, No scope for engineering in Gujarat State as here only Theories were counted (Engineering is a practical field but practical marks were not counted, ha ha so strange). Also no scope outside Gujarat as rule of score 60 % including practicals, which I missed by 1 mark.

Future appeared blurred for me.

Everyone talked What Navneet will do ? You really scored poor marks, how come?  Why you did not focus on study?

How come those poor marks asked my high school teachers, you were very good in studies over here?

Questions were blown over me, and I have no answers.

Life was never bad like this.

These things really made me disappointed. But thank god my family stood by my side. My parents were still confident about me.

I had no ray of scope.

Getting in to engineering was not possible even in dreams, what are the options I thought? The only I had was B.Sc (Bachelors of Science)

I wondered will I get admission even in B.Sc.

Moreover it has not that great value, no tags; no good job offers, just a degree, is the common opinion over here on this course.

What happened then?
How I moved on?
Is there something worst to come?

I will share in my next post.

Thanks for taking time from your busy life for reading my story part 1.

Thanks.

Best Regards,
Navneet Singh Chauhan.
