Unfortunately, HBO cut the entire intro and first verse, but hopefully all this will be on the DVD.

Looking back at these fantastic videos sure brings back some great memories of my two Monster Ball shows, the first one front row at Gelredome Stadium in Arnhem and the second one in the best seats at Ahoy Rotterdam. Can't wait for the DVD to relive all those amazing moments! As of this weekend, after 202 shows, the tour is over, so it shouldn't be too long before the DVD gets released!
