Woooo! We're less than 46 days from Easter. You know that means, right kids? Yeah, it's time to get Cadburry Crème Eggs at Walmart! Good thing I didn't give up chocolate for lent huh?
But, I am sacrificing for lent. I gave up cussing. And, my good friend and co-host Matt-Man is doing something REALLY difficult. He's giving up smoking. Word is that he has paced about 72 miles today and has taken to sitting at his window screaming at random passers by. So, he's handling it well.
And, since it's Thursday, it's time for another kick-butt (butt isn't a cuss word is it?) episode of “I'm With Stupid!”
This week, we're talking about what else? Lent!
We'll talk about some of our favorite Lent shenanigans of the past, and discuss how we think this year will shape up. We'll also talk about waivers and whether they're good or bad. And we'll talk about just what constitutes an actual cuss word and what doesn't. And we'll have a couple of live remotes including one from a real live Catholic Church during the big Ash Wednesday shindig.
Of course, we'll talk your calls too. Call us up and tell us what you're giving up for lent. Or what you're NOT giving up. Or just call us up and shoot the breeze with us. Matt will be busy chewing on a pencil and I'll be. Talking. Like. William. Shatner. Trying not to cuss.
