NEWS!

I have a show on September 5th at Way Cool Hair Pollution, its a gallery & boutique of cool things & a rad hair salon! :D Its a pretty awesome place, i was just there this evening.

but thats pretty much 2 weeks! i want to finish quite a few paintings by then. Wish Me Luck!

I think I will do good, and I will be [trying my best to] display tonnns of work! not jam packed, but enough to fill good amounts on all open wall space.

Show of my dreams:..dreamland paintings, dolls, paintings where you can spot dolls, ..colors, blank, drawings, pencil, mixed media, paint doodles, , paintings, all at varying affordable prices. and then everyone i know comes out. ~

Show at Way cool, will also have a dj, food & drinks, im hoping to ask a cool dj i know to come out, play some modified tunes.

Just wanted to share!

~right now im working on a new painting, its going to be a video game character, painted in my style of characters. I have it all drawn out right now on my a sanded down gessoed masonite panel. will measure 16X20 inches. AND I will be emailing to a local on the net website called Kotaku! Lets hope they like it.

I've wanted to do this forever, finally going to try it out with this piece, pictures of the painting steps/progress, flipped into a little video with some music thrown on.

~other painting im working on, is the girl, face in a dark liquid, im still painting her, adding last color layers before, add some details, and then its finished! and I get to finally share it!

not sure what it will be called yet, but I'm really excited for it. On the level that I really like my Bear Masked painting :)

~i also have my Bear & Macaw painting to finish.. Trying to before the show.

~im working on a Collaborative painting too!, With Jules Demetrius local stencil artist. He made this really awesome wood panel..really wide on the sides. and nice gessoed surface. [i might ask him to build me a couple]! He said he's planning on making large prints of the piece. he asked me to paint some children..and he's stenciling his part on it after. It should be fun! ive drawn out most if it onto the panel, just gotta start painting, hope it can fit in my easel.

~ive started working on a small Zine! it will be about my sketches, and works on paper.. im hoping to really really get lots of work done. and since this show is coming up..im feeling all these ideas coming to a point AT the show! and i dont know how many people would come out, but I'll hope to have lots of pictures taken and share it all online also, for any of you who follow my work and stuffs.. :)
