Fried green tomatoes

Our street woke up this morning to this very charming reminder that "Earth Day" is just around the corner - April 22 - and oh, by the way, on our neighbor's drive, compliments of his young daughter Annette.Ingredients4 large green tomatoes2 cups plain white corn meal1 1/2 tablespoon salt1/2 cup cooking oil1/2 tsp Creole seasoning mixPinch of black pepperPreparationWash the tomatoes and pat dry.
