its digital over a watercolor sketch
the watercolor probably took about 20 minutes also, just a quick sketch.
Its pretty fun painting over things with digital paint to me..like putting finishing touches on it. except without pulling out any paints or brushes out. I really did this as just a quick fun doodle..the file isnt hi-res at all. but I like how it came out.
