According to MediaFakeOut,(yea I said it!), Jemaine pop the question to Janet last week at her birthday party "according to a source". Now we know how MTO is with their damn "friends", "insiders" & "sources". Believe it if you want but take it with a grain of salt....Just in case it is true, Congratulations!
